john doherty 13december2002 72 wife doreen(nee allen)now deseaced 2sons bill and neil and me daughter lynda.my dad loved life he was a miner then lorry driver then when he retired he took up dog breeding and he really enjoyed it he walked them each day even in the latter weeks of his life he had time for everyone and he was highly respected far and wide nothing was too much of a chore for him.he would help out when he was able his jokes made us laugh (even though some werent that funnny)but that was my dad sadly he contracted cancer and passed away with his family around him on 13 december2002 black friday it certainly was a black day for us always remembered with love and affection.and the greatest respect by all of us xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
hello dad just thought id send you a message to say i miss you so much you and mam did so much for me whilst i was a child no matter what i did you always forgave me you were there when i needed you i loved youe jokes and you know they werent that funny at times but still made me laugh i hear you sining in my ear sometimes when im down (yes we have no bananos ) no i havent misspelt it you always sang it like that love you loads dad your loving daughter lynda xxxxxx
